Minute One Hundred Eleven: From Tony Forgetting Step Two to Bruce’s Arrival on an Old Motorbike

In the one-hundred-eleventh minute of The Avengers…
Tony got the leviathan’s attention and it pursues him, but when we cut to Clint and Natasha, we don’t see him overhead. Weird, but not really bothersome. This minute focuses on the fight that our non-supers – Clint and Natasha – have with the Chitauri army in front of Grand Central Terminal. They’re tough and they each have some great moves! Sure, they’re less than super but they still hold their own!
It does make us wonder why Cap shows up then. Did he think they needed help? Or does the fact that immediately after he arrives we get Thor and Bruce showing up too, that perhaps everyone thought he was calling for a team meeting? Perhaps. It does lead to a great moment of comedy in the eye of this Chitauri hurricane when Bruce arrives on that old motorcycle. So great. Tune in!
