What do you do when you don’t feel supported?

Receiving a diagnosis of ADHD can be hard enough. But what do you do when your partner, friends, or family don’t work to understand and support you?

Normalizing around this big new thing is the first step, then you can move on to the business of figuring out the rhythm of your relationship going forward. But what if you run into an ideological brick wall? That’s another story.
