That Singular Stunt Move

Minute Fifteen: From the Moron Giving Her Everything to an Inquiry About Barton

Joining us today is Phillip Mottaz, author of the Psychic Barber Mystery series.

In the fifteenth minute of The Avengers

We’re getting into the good stuff with the interrogation, particularly as we now learn that Natasha’s the one in charge. Georgi’s comments to her and her look at him says so much. It’s one of the best bits in the film. We also get a thrilling action sequence full of amazing stunts. Hats off to Heidi Moneymaker once again returning to do the stuntwork as Black Widow. That flip in the chair as well as the leaping onto the thug to flip him over – they’re stunning and pulled off perfectly. It helps that we get that 90 degree camera shot of the thug flip. Talk about an effective way to play that! It’s a fantastic scene and gives us plenty to discuss. Tune in!
