Minute 110: From A Toast to Steve’s File

Joining us, it’s Heidi Bennett from Vibrant Visionaries!

In the one hundred tenth minute of Joe Johnston’s 2011 film Captain America: The First Avenger

We kick off this minute with a toast from the Howling Commandos, giving us one last chance to talk about this band of merry men. But does it seem right that Falsworth is the one making the toast? Who else might it have been if not him? And is he still in his uniform because they’re still in England? Regardless, we bid them a fond farewell as it’s a picture wrap for these five actors.

We then get to chat about Bill Paxton—er, we mean Dominic Cooper searching for the heart of the sea—uh… we mean for the Tesseract. Damn, does he do that cable knit sweater proud! There’s conversation about favorite Howards, and then we move back to the Allied HQ where we find Agent Carter and an extra putting things away. Why wasn’t that Natalie Dormer? Pete’s very frustrated about that. Colonel Phillips drops a file off with her, and that’s a picture wrap for Tommy Lee Jones.

It’s a minute of goodbyes as we draw nearer to the end of the film. Tune in!
