About the show

A Sometimes-Funny Podcast about Being Human.

All The Feelings is Tommy Metz III and Pete Wright's running attempt to make sense of adulting — the taxes and tipping and career anxiety and dentist appointments and existential dread that nobody actually prepared you for.

Season 12 goes back to the original feelings: 12 episodes, one sense at a time. The five you learned in kindergarten, five more nobody bothered to mention, one for the senses scientists are still fighting about, and a finale on the sense of humor. It's a show about the equipment you've been running your whole life without the instructions. Spoiler: there will never be instructions.

Become A Feeling Friend

Feeling Friends get the good stuff: a private feed with early access to every episode, an invite to our live-stream recording sessions in the Discord, and a pile of Feeling Friend stickers headed to your mailbox.

You're also keeping an independent, listener-supported show doing its thing — no advertisers, no tracking, no data games. We collect what we need to send you member stuff and nothing more. Plus the warm, low-grade satisfaction of knowing you're propping up two adults who still haven't quite figured out adulting either.
